Thanks Patrian, I have followed your instructions to the letter, even using alcohol and with the plugin A.C.I.D and it installs the first 2 discs but I get error when the final image disc is opened. I have tried uninstalling but still get same problem. Maybe I am missing folders that I should delete and or information from registry.
Can you help with a suggestion please?

Try to download it again, BUT from DIFFERENT source that you got this that you have...

But it installed OK before, although just with the issues I had after it was installed.

Maybe I try on another pc? ps I was trying it on windows 7.
