audi A8 mmi probleme

hi to all
i have audi A8 model 2003.
when i put ignition on the mmi screen is on and radio work for few second and sutdown.
i try to make him work again but no way.


any idea about this probleme?
why he start after ignition and shutdown.

sounds like sw corrupted, don't know tbh if you can reinstall (update) it when you can't turn it on, don't think you can....

when radio work for few second i can hear the sound very clear. why mmi shut down??
