Default skoda up reset Code2 and Safe

1skodaup.bin = Counter 0. This is dump before two wrong codes were entered.
after two wrong codes, displays Code 2 and then Safe
We got the correct code: 1864
eeprom removed and entered 1864. Radio is work without 24c16. eeprom(with 1skodaup.bin) is entered with socket while the radio works. After 30min radio going to off. Turn on is displayed Code2 and then Safe...
Attached is the dump after 30min.There are changes in it, but I no idea. I believe that reading the processor will solve the problem, but no tools...

Maybe someone has a solution/proposition/idea from eeprom?

The whole venture is from colleague from the forum, I just assist
