bmw cas3+ problem

ok so this is the problem am having i went to do a 2008 3 series i pulled the cas3 out i read it with r270 clone i set it to 0 put it back to the car with the dash adjusted everything worked fine, next day i get a call from the customer that the car does not want to start nothing works dosent even get the key, i get there i write original back and car works, now that was saturday today guy calls me again same problem. could it be that when i read the very first time it was corrupted when i read so my original is bad? can anyone help me check if my eeprom or flash is bad and fix it please thanks

prob cas problem.
friend of mine also had same problem once!
check for bridges soldering or check your flash.
