Audi A4 2012 cylinder misfire

Hi,


Audi A4 with 1.8 engine, i scanned for faults and found misfire in cylinder 3, checked and found platinum spark plug with damaged head, replaced with another spark plug (ordinary one) cleared the fault and car went fine for around 50 Kms and after the fault occur again, i removed the spark plug and found also damaged head, as shown in photo below, what could be the problem?

Hello friend, the motor has at some point made detonations?
If so, change the ignition coil

Why didn't you use a platinum plug?
