    Low signal levels is OK.
29 percent mine runs OK on.
    Recheck net ids
Select vm from providers and run auto bow k
    Let's know results. ..... paul

Have done auto scan and get 397 channels , on my Id 41050 which apparently is correct even though area name is wrong , when I do manual scan , I only get 3 channels , :-/

You have put the correct NetID in the ABM and not just in the tuner config? If a subscribed box works with a certain area code, then use that.

If you give us clue what area you are then we can give you the correct net ID

or is this a guessing game ?

Needed to pick up channels.....correct net id & correct symbol rate
we can only guess at these without help

    Example Manchester...............

    Manchester 1 NTL ex C&W 41040 6.887
    Manchester 2 NTL ex C&W 41060 6.952

2 different net ids & 2 different symbol rates but the same place

Yep problem I have , I live in Shepherd's Bush , which is 41050 , but when I use that id I only get a few channels clearing , i.e. Sky sports 5 , but ss 1-4 show as no pat In sid , and yes but the Id into Abm and tuner , it's very strange , apparently you either get premium channels or you don't , it's shouldn't decide to just give you a few , like I don't have normal channels 1-4 but have channel 5 :-/ , thinking maybe cos virmin split off the neighbours feed , i( as my cable couldn't be traced ) it's causing some kind of conflict , what do you think ? But they supposed to be coming on Wednesday to pull me a new cable to my house , maybe that will solve the problem , but not holding out much hope
    Regards

Go in to your tuner settings net id 41050

provider to scan VM UK 6887

then do a manual scan you should get the channels

I think you can also set this up in ABM as well..in the same way
