Audi Q7 Disable fog lights and bulb warning

Hello Everybody!

Upgraded 2007 Audi Q7 front bumper, without Fog lights and changed Turn signals with LED. Getting bulb warning on dash...Is it possible to turn off front fog light in central elec. control module? and shut down cold diagnostic? I have readed about "load resistor" but is it only way? without changing control module?
