    itry same file on vlc for pc Is working
    but
    I do all step and rename file to WebTV when iwant start channels 0kps

    is it a php file or m3u file, both will load into a openbox with success but only a m3u file will show channels on the box as it is a list of web addresses for channels.
    a php file is a web address to a server where the channels stream from, in the url it will have your username and password included.

    Your .m3u file will not work on any other device apart from a device that uses VLC as the streams have been encoded to use VLC only.
