Volvo XC90, 2005, MC9S12DG128B_0L85D - (after need disconnect battery)
Volvo XC70, 2003, 0L85D
Volvo S80, 2002, MC912DG128ACPV_3K91D

Volvo V70, 2001 - No connect! Why, I dont know...

need info about XC70 2008, V70 2009.. ?
and others Volvo 1997-2016
Clone Abrites - Is it safe?
How do know what the MCU mask? (without dash removing)?
With which device can I change the Radio language? (Smok only dash?)

FVDI (Volvo V4.3) like XC70 2008,V70 2009 .. not to do.
Reed and write eep. good. Reed flash good Write flash 10% good 90% crash.
What mask proz. have?We dont now ,just put correct car year and enaugh .

Good FVDI or not ? Same sulution working good same not .More experience(Not this bad tool,bad day or......) if you want do job with this tools like FVDI.
Language change not only Smok.

Write flash 10% good 90% crash.

the dash is damaged or not possible to reflash?

Yes ,dash not damage,but reflash by Fvdi after crash not posable.But befor crash, FVDI write save original in volvo file.Take original use bdm programmer or Smok by OBD2 and rewrite.

What are the best / cheapest tools?

The cheapest thing I have found is - I/O Terminal Volvo tool (Volvo tool: 500EUR + Hardware: 100EUR)

Interface Multitool UHDS - 130 Eur
Dash - Volvo change KM by OBD (VOP1) - 480 Eur
ICM - EU0018 Volvo Display change language by OBD - 320 Eur

uhds work perfect with dash,can write flash without car direct by cluster plug,but i don't have display option yet .2001 volvo v70 with small motorola mcu work by obd 100%
