Hi, i have a cluster from audi 2002 2.0 crypto, when i read eepeom via obd it's decrypted yes? So if I write it again decrypted dump via obd will cluster make it crypto again? Please help.

Actually, im using VAG EEPROM PROGRAMMER, but I have also xprog. Unfortunately im bad at soldering and try find other way

Well, the cluster is still alive, because I didnt read and write eeprom(I'm afraid that decrypted copy will be useless in the future if cluster would break so I ask here). I need to change mileage. I've reade some rb4's but in VAG EEPROM PROGRAMMER is option to read encrypted and decrypted eeprom. I know that decrypted eeprom cannot be written by programmer by desoldering, it must be encrypted. So I ask, could I write decrypted eeprom via obd or not? Hope you understood me ;D

Audi-Magneti.jpgjust relax mate ,,,,take out cluster and slowly open ,,if vdo dash than mark first pin of eeprom desolde eeprom and read with xprog several time,,,if maGneti mareli than use this pinout
VIOLET-BKGD XPROG B3
YELOW-RESET XPROG B5
RED +5V XPROG VCC
BLACK - GND XPROG GND
