    Default hi some one know if the programmer UPA can

    upa support the infineon and renesas to read or can i buy other programmer like xprog or cg100 or gq-4x programmers

    if one have time to welp to tell one of 3 programmer work better in your experience to reat this mcu

    for me work the upa chino ok rigth now work perfect

    one question i have the upa chino 1.3 i need updates to read renesas x8sx and infineon xc23368 ???

    In my opinion CPT is best at Renesas H8SX mcu, CarProg is best for Infineon and MAC mcu because it supports read and write via OBD and/or through pins on bench. And Jlink clone is best for SPC560 processors

    CPT with Renesas 1725 activation = $475
    CarProg airbag full = $800 (clone legalization)
    J-Link clone = $30

    You can read with CPT but you must JTAG it. UART is for writing only as it just erases mcu and writes good flash. Jtag these is much more difficult but their website has all the diagrams for reading, look under JTAG instead of UART

    Hello everybody.

    IMPORTANT: I have a problem reading and writing the "MC9S12C64" processor.

    1) I have the original "UUSP-S (UPA-USB Serial Programmer-S)".

    2) The technique with which I work is "BRP Outlander G 2".

    3) I almost 100% (about 99%) know that I messed up or read the firmware incorrectly, but this is not important, since I have original equipment. I can adapt any dashboard / firmware.
    After a reading error, I dropped the microcircuits and read them using adapters (pictured).

    4) My programmer does not allow writing the firmware and writes the following: "Secured Device"

    5) I performed these actions since I have 2 such dashboards. I suspected that the second processor had died. I was right, he never showed signs of life.

    6) I intend to write any suitable firmware to 2 processors and restore 2 dashboards. (2 new or 1 new and 1 who is "introvert" and does not want to "communicate" with me anymore
    (for example here)
    7) I am feeling a little stressed and have already ordered processors on aliexpress. But I have time to calmly deal with this problem.

    QUESTION: What actions should I take to write the firmware? Should I look for a new processor? Is this some kind of write protection mechanism? can it be fixed?

    greetings to all.
    I have several non-working dashboards from the BRP G2. To check and repair, I am looking for two pairs of firmware from the dashboards as in the photo.
    I'm interested in a pair of processor mc9s12c64 + eeprom memory 24aa08
