hello what the best program

There is no tool existing which can everything. You have to spend a lot of money to get some different tools to read dumps and write keys. For example, you need eprom and microprocessor tool, you need soldering station and experience in smd soldering, you need software to calculate Pins and to fix dumps, you need antenna tool to read and write transponder. And you need to learn a lot of stuff. It is really not easy to learn this everything.
