A class w169 ezs

Hi have problem with EZS W169 key not turn on
i read ezs eprom +flash can you see if file is ok or damange flash

eeprom its ok
key 0 and 1 used
I do not know about the flash, do you have a part number of the ezs?
Also look at the switch that touches the key when entering it usually fails
