audi q7 J518 problem not accept key and no diagnostic

hi all members
I have problem with j518 ezs q7
not accept key and not have diag
i remove ezs and read...
flash ok but eeprom is corrupted
i download from dk eeprom virgine and write .now car turn ign on and have diag but show ezs component protection and dash SAVE
i read pin and component protection from ecu..
pin 32124
cs: 6e 7d b5 a dc fb
i seen in eeprom 3 times repeat cs.
my question how to add cs to ezs...
eeprom from ecu and eeprom corrupted from ezs (2times read) attached,and eeprom virgine too
