Hardcut/Popcorn edc17u01 1.4tdi VAG bms engine

Hi there,
I've remapped my car yesterday and my chiptuner can´t find the maps to get hardcut or popcorn cut :/
could some one explain how do i get it?
the ecu is a edc17u01 (image below)
1.4tdi PD80 engine BMS
