VW Passat B6 ECU edc16c34 adaptation

Hallo!
I have an VW passat B6 year 2006 with 1.9tdi motor BKC what came with ECU allready swapped and eeprom with error. The car does not start and ECU not recognised.
I manage to grab some full dump for this ECU, but the problem is to adapt to the car.(with VCDS I cant doit).
I read the CCM of the car.
Can someone manualy adapt this Eeprom of ECU for my car?
