Toyota Corolla 2016 with no EEPROM

Hi all,

Got this brand new dash of Toyota Corolla (2016 or 2017).
The dash is made by VDO.
It is now 0 km and i need it 12000 km.
The problem there is no EEPROM in the dash.
The km is in the dash, because i can see it on table.
Inside dash i can find MCU D70F3535 and near it there
is a FLASH memory Spansion FL128. It is a 16 pins chip.
Does the km data is stored inside the MCU or in the FLASH chip ?
I'll appreciate any advise.

Any idea what tool can read it and if there is a picture of PCB where to connect, because this MCU is not directly on PCB.
It has a thin PCB of its own. There is no way to connect to the MCU's pins. I don't know the name of this type of package.

Memory flash 16 mega 25Q128 that has 16 pins I have already changed panel here of this car and I clone the memoriacom beeprog did not correct km because it was cloned
