Differences between marelli IAW 59F ECUs ?

I have a dead MARELLI IAW59F.VG ecu from a FIAT PUNTO 188 , 1.2 8v engine i'd like to buy a spare part, but i can't find anywhere. There are many similar ecus on the eBay for example IAW59F.M1 .... M3 for the same engine. Could somebody , what are the differences between these ecus ? Can i use them in this car ?

I think AlfaRed that it not true...you can exchange 59fm2 in 59fm3 or in m7 for example.
The software to do that is Mtunig-59f with a tool call 59f decoder,you should try this section.

But really i don't know the MARELLI IAW59F.VG ecu ?
The difference between the ecu iaw59f is the number after 59f like AlfaRed say and the HARDWARE (HW).
You can have two number very close like this example for a punto 2 (first one: iaw59f.m2 hw303 and second one iaw59f.m2 hw002 same software but hardware different) not compatible without 59f decoder tool and the software 59f decoder.
