Friend, it is not crash error, clear errors , it from OCS system , occupant passenger side ...try clear errors from OCSM via diagnostic ...

Can you get to Occupant Detection Module then Special Functions? There you can rezero the seat weight sensor. If your tools will not perform calibration successfully then you need new seat

I have done this many times with x431, if you cannot do it, there is a problem with connection to passenger seat or bad weight sensor inside seat cushion

the seat weight sensor is located at the bottom of the seat on top of the rail, easily accessible, you just have to open both seat rails and undo the one bolt for the SWS. done it many times.

It sounds like you may be referring to the Seat Track Position Sensor. The weight sensor is actually a mat in the cushion.
Like in this diagram of the Delphi system found in GMs, however Toyota uses an electronic mat instead of a bladder.
