Just arrived !I can tire you a little forgive me, I'm new to programming Mercendes keys.

How is it now with yours units? In my is no connection with server at all. Do they start working on it??? or CGDI company it’s bankrupt don’t have enough for electricity???

CGDI it’s not a serious company.
Not recommended even for hobby.

It is the most important part of the year for the Chinese people. They are traveling very long distances, to get back to their home place and roots.
Nothing is more important for them, and I understand that.
Many of them have no contact with their family and relatives, for over a year. Except this holiday.
So the only thing to do is, sit back and wait until it is over.
Hope your customer isn't in a all lost situation.

I know that some of the more expensive tools have covered in support in this holiday.
But I understand, that the more low cost products don't have this service at the moment. But will probably have this in the future. When sales increase.

this device wont erase be keys as they claimed. i bought 5 of ebay for the 250 usd now im stuck with them , it just never illuminate that reset option under read key data . whats up? please help.

Are you sure key you bought for 50$ unit is BE? I think they are Benz original key.

CGDI reset very well BE key,

BE key is after market chinese key. Take out pcb and post here inside your key

i appreciate it my man, i think you are right , they are oem keys, but i thought someone here told me i could erase this type with the circle on the rf , here is pics for more clarification .


some of them liiks like they have a black chip of some sort while others got some orange thingy . here take a look for your own judgement and advice me what to do please. also when i try to write them it says if original benz key make sure you wipe it with CGMB , dont know if thats another software or the same as cdgi mb.

This is Original NEC key, if renew, need desoldering the chip, put on adapter and renew. Seconde picture you have Keyless Go

After resolder back, and you can write by IR like BE key.

You can also over write the key dump to the nec on adapter (no need renew)

*** With CGDI, renew NEC on adapter can dammage remote data sometime, so better is over write new key dump to nec***

my bad i think the only way around this is to utilize the nec adapter in order to erase these type of keys. my bad here is some better pictures with the boards totaly out of the shells. 20180224_170615.jpg

thx man, that gonna be some extensive work tho... i think i should return them or post them back on ebay for the low low, probably 165 dollars will do for all 5 of them.

also will this work to program w163 keys? if so whats the procedure? thx in advance.

Have you ever try to change NEC IC in ESL w204 and adopting to the eis by CGDI?
I have try to “divorce “ esl from eis and marriage again in w204. Work ok.
