It will work, I'm sure. There are no such thing as keys ONLY for VVDI.

Mine is also activated and working

Now problem are keys, I bought 10 keys at autokeys in the past, cgdi show that are BE keys, I can read/write without problem, but I am testing with a W211 EZS and is not working any key, but original black key is working like charm, I think keys are wrong, anybody know if I am making something wrong? EZS is readed fine with xprog and keys are calculated and programmed fine, but it doesn't turn ezs.

Anybody know where to buy nice china keys? I see one with two batteries, maybe this are better?

H.Wessel - something's not right. Why don't you try to renew your original key and write it to a fresh position? Then you will know if it's the keys or the dump. In my opinion it should be the dump.
Another way is to read the dump by eeprom. Then you will have a 100% sure backup in case something goes wrong. And you will be sure that the generated key dumps are correct.

Also keys cannot be wrong - they are compatible with all cars. Especially those from Autokeys. Some of them have the problem of corrupting the data over time but never failed me on the first start. And I have bought a lot from autokeys.

Another piece of advice - I have noticed when you renew a BE key it actually is still operational on the car, unless you write another dump to it. So this could be a reason for a problem when, for example you program the key initially over a used position(like first or second) and for some reason it's not OK. Then you renew and program to position 3 but still doesn't work. To make it work you have to renew, then write dump from another car or from an empty key, then write the correct dump for this car.

i had W221 with vvdi find psw under 10 min at first try.
and again how can copy of software be faster then the original one?

And you are also VVDI user and give another advise, so that it is.

Just did some minutes ago ML350 W164 2006

Read EZS, add key, write BE key all done in 17mn.

Really fast and i'm happy with the first try on car.

Use late software 2.0.0.0

I just plug in the OBD, put key and turn ignition ON and read.

After this step, CGDI will ask only put in EZS and in CGDI. Just all

PSW query is more longer than 209, about 12mn to get PSW.

First try i use vvdi
But 2 time upload also failed cannot get pass
So i was change device Cgdi from vvdi
1 time upload successful
Good and very fast 10min got pass
