Problem with the I/O TOOL

Need help with Denso software, downloaded the Denso software from i/o tool.com can't get it working
it keeps coming up with :38:35 PM] Error : comm lib1 framework function CAN_RX_FRAME could not receive CAN frame
any idea's please

this tool works flawlessly every thing supplied is working
what ans5 or ans 6 terminal you have ?

i have the same problem on CAN2 i solder in 130ohm resistor and Philips TJA1050 i have AN5 board.
