    Default vauxhall meriva boost sensor.

I have a VX meriva a17dts with two codes

    p2453 DPF sensor circuit.
    P0299 engine underboost.

I can not find a boost senor, but in live data the boost pesure is 0 kpa
The map moves when I carried out an induction smoke test the map pressure goes up and down when pressure is released.

I assume the dpf code is becasuse it has been run in limp mode and can not regen.

Does anybody know if it as a boost sensor or is calculated using different sensors

    Thanks

    Ted

Not sure about the !.7 but last week i did a 1.9 and that only had a map sensor. Mine ended up being the mass air flow sensor faulty. But you should fix the DPF first as it won,t boost if its blocked.

No boost sensor fitted, did a dpf sensor reset and carried out a regen, boost come back.
You would think as clever as vehicles are now, it would tell you that it has shut the boost down and its not a red herring.
