Would any of these cables work for Licznik?

I have these 2 cables I never used and would like to use/convert one for licznik (specifically for renault hc08) or as a simple kl interface. Would any of these work?:

1) Vagtacho USB 3.01 (I read somewhere that vagtacho could be used for licznik by modifying the fw, but couldn't find any details about it)

Can I use any of these cables with licznik or as a simple kl interface (I don't mind modifying the fw of these 2 since I never use them)?
