May be your damp corrupted! I not see used key in your damp. try write new key and config PCF

You set password and config after write damp in chip? I think You can see message "Defect unit" but not incorect key. Post damp of ECU (if You have it) or try reread damp of MCU IMMO

Use TM100 to make working transponder key.

You not set config!!!. After set pass You need set config, USE PASS!
