    Default Cleaning DPF or replace difference sensor?

    Hello.
    I have problem with passat b6 2.0tdi 2007. DTC P2002. MIL ON, DPF light ON, glow plug is blinking. I think about cleaning manually DPF (not forced procedure, clean it by special liquid) because there is so much ash.
    I was wondering about replace difference sensor, but IMO there is no reason. Please advise me .

    There are measurement block values:

    Best regards!
    BTW. I can't dpf off because owner doesn't want it.

    I see no reason to change sensor, but a clean would be good. Dont forget the 2 pipes.

    Not so, but soot and moisture, residue from exhaust fumes.

    Filter is clean, adapted as new. 0g of ash
    By the way the 1st EGT sensor broke. (this one near turbo). I placed there resistor to obtain const 720C. Is there any possibility when during DPF burning the car would stay in fire or turbocharger melts?

    All the instructions to do forced regeneration says to check first in Dpf and engine area for oil leaks, or any other flamable substances, because the Dpf will get to high temperatures( have a look on youtube about forced regeneration) . Recently we cleaned a Dpf from a nissan 1.5 2010, we used special cleaner from Wyns, folowed all the instructions, not needed to change nothing, just put all back, filled the diesel tank, and went for a long drive on the motorway. That happend 3 weeks ago, car running perfectly since then. I will not say that will work on all Dpf’s, but in our case it worked.

    Putting a resistor is a really bad idea... The sensors are there for a real reason. The ECU actively monitors all the sensors and adjusts the tune according to the readings. Visit a local salvage yard and buy a sensor.
    I can calculate ABS module codings for:
    * Continental/Teves MK60EC1 and MK60;
    * TRW systems in Passat B6 / B7 / CC /Tiguan;
    * MK100
    ;
    * Bosch ABS8.2, ABS9.0 and ESP8.2, ESP9.0;
    * EBC 460 (UP!, Mii, Rapid, CitiGo, Fabia, Toledo, etc) New!
    *
    ... and other VW/Audi/Seat/Skoda modules.I can assist with repairing \/CDS interfaces.
