    Default Help PUG 407 2.0 hdi RHR no Power and Smoking a lot wend hot " no boost "

    Hi Guys !
    This Car is given me a fight !
    The car came from a garage , to make FAP and EGR off , because smokes a lot wend it get"s around 80º/90º temp, and loss power
    I made FAP and EGR , but still does"t get expected boost pressure
    The turbocharger was rebulid to , MAF is tested , strange intake flap is bypass
    Before this DTC"s not erase
    P2408,Fuel Filler Cap Signal fault
    P1351,
    P1579 Cooling circuit degassing electrovalve ,EGR related I Think
    "P1597 Cooling circuit by-pass electrovalve, this part do not existe in the car "

    Now I got this DTC"s
    U1118 no Communication width Aircom

    Any idea ?!

    I cant see those faults causing smoke problems. 2 are for the aircon being low on gas, the third is for regen as it moniters fuel delivery. Check for air leak in turbo pipes. The air shut off, we call a "dozer" is a anti shudder valve. It helps shut down the motor quickly by closing air flow, also used during regen i think. So check it is open during engine running.
