20 or 25 amp fuse blown- fusebox next to battery
Blown fuse usually means that the starter needs to be replaced..

yea.. reread your post with my eyes opened this time...
    flooded fusebox?

Check The switch feed to starter motor by using a multimeter.

    Hello,
You mean now starter runs, engine turns but doesn't start and a red STOP light flashing goes on after several times of testing start?
If the red light "stop " flashes, it probably means there is a problem about the high fuel pressure. ECU must be interrogated to check faults.
First thing I think is you must remove the fuel filter, shake it and put the residual fuel into a transparent plastic cup, then walk a little magnet below the cup to look for steel dust that could mean the pump is broken.
    Regards,
