Peugeot 107 / C1 / Aygo - add second key

Hi Guys,

I would like to add a second key to a Peugeot 107. I have a working master key which starts the engine / opens and locks the doors.

I obtained a used key from Ebay, had the key blade cut and managed to make the remote work so it now opens and closes the doors but I can not program the immo side to the car. Peugeot Planet always gives the followign error:

"Error in the key learning

The key has not been registered in the immobiliser control module"


This is after selecting:

Immo control unit -> Key programming -> Learning new keys -> Learning using the master key

The already programmed (master) key had to be insterted into the car, then following the prompts the tool then asked for the new key, went through the programming and at the end when it does the verification it failed.

Any suggestions?

You can't program a used key, you need a new one (not used with other car).

Just done all keys lost on Peugeot107 2007.
I took off the immobox,read eep 24c04 and programmed key with tango.if you don't have Citroen or Toyota..
U need payable option for it.About £30 tradelocks UK for Peugeot

hello, I have to do second key for aygo 2011 chip 4d66
ok for the clone no problem .....
but I wanted to know if with obdstar I could add a new key from obd safely ????
I need pincode to do it or is the key enough master ???

can be written by hand in the immo dump.

yes ... i saw ..... should have eprom 24c04.......
but i wanted to know if anyone had done the job with obdstar from obd ...
