R270 problem

I tried to read bmw e90 instrument cluster's eeprom(M35080/3) with r270. I desoldered the chip and put in the adapter in the right position but it always gives: unknown pin error.
I have read/write a cas3 with this device without any problem before.
Does anybody have any idea how to solve it?

Try to thoroughly clean the adapter contacts, M35080 pins and programmer contacts... Possibly, additionally Reinstall the programmer software.. Good luck!
