    Default Carprog V10.05 clone

    Hi guys have used my buddies regualar CarProg with no problems just purchased the clone online and already having trouble reading the EEPROM. It says no chip detected.

    Try using your friends adapter lead for eeprom to rule out a faulty lead what eeprom are you trying to read i have only used mine a few times but when i tried to read 93C66 i got no chip detected and i turned the adapter reverse and it worked so check the lead

    you try read in circuit or desoldering eprom? adapters from chines clone ist very poor quality.clean very good legs of eprom,with isopropilic alcohool
    Carprog 8.21,xprog 5.55,galletto v54,kess and ktag rework
