    Default Mercedes Vito P2364

    Hi, anyone can help me with this code?

    Vito 115 CDI, ecu EDC16C2

    P2364, won't crank and won't start.

    Its ecu damage?

    I would check fuse box under the hood if nothing found there then the usual issue immo problem between ecu and immo box try immo off or immo repair

    What test should I do first..??
    Have checked fuse box in hood already and everything looks good..
    I do hear an sound like the engine fan is running by very softly from fusebox area??
    And I do have alot of faults where there is no communication with other ecus..?

    Help would be much appreciated friend

    First thing I would do is check fuses and power relay, second check all connections between ecu and immo box check pins as well not only continuity, and power and grounds, if you make sure that all this are good then you need to repair your immo data between immo box and ecu , or immo off would be a very good solution, and the last but kind of expensive if you can't figure out is buy a full ecu set , but you must make sure that your connections pins and power and grounds are all good

    To find immo box must remove cluster , it should be under the cluster on the (R) side
