if your firmware is really updated to 4.037 then you need a new nxp and then it reflashing
no other way to fix this or you could try the unlock trick (some have had success some not)

this was the biggest mistake you made if you formatted the original sdcard from your 5.017 kess
these sdcards are locked to the nxp and cant be read in the pc etc so there is no files for this
you could try to find someone with an img of there card to test but not garenteed to work
or ask your original seller for new sdcard
