Kia Cerato crashed key

Hi guys,

I have a quick question. Today I tried to launch my Kia Cerato and due to low battery voltage problably the key was probably crashed in the ECU because the immobiliser icon popped up. Could anyone instruct me what interface should I use to reprogram the key, and if any PIN code is needed to access the ECU programming mode (Of course as cheap as possible ).
