W220 problem

Hi guys I've got a customer with a W220.
The problem is the Windows, hooter, basically all the accessories are not work I scanned it with star and have no communication with all 3 Sam's.

Had anyone ever come across a problem like this?
Is it possible that it could be caused by the ezs?

not a expert here , but I would go and look in other modules for DTC pointing to those 3 modules and if u have a star u can see some tests to do and wires to test , so if all fuses is fine I would also look at my "star points" the little box where all the can wires connect , if I'm correct your brow can wires will be for those systems and green can is for ecu ,gbox ect....
