Default RNS 510 - problem with updating maps - suspected HDD

I have made new map instalation in RNS 510 by DVD+Sd card. I made it many times before.
Usually I was waiting 20-30 minutes, then apears FINISHED SUCESSFULY.
In this case I can wait even 60 minutes - copying process can't be finished.
I think it is becouse of bad sectors on HDD.
    Does anybody has similiar problem?
If my solution helped You - do not forget to THANKS !!!

    SOLUTION FOR ALL MEMBERS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OK - now I know that HDD wasn't guilty...
MAPS TOOL (copying from SD card) don't erese old maps from DVD directory in RNS510 !!!
You can wait even week and copying process won't be finished... becouse on partition will not be place to copy map.
I solved it taking out HDD, deleting manually content of DVD folder and manually copying new maps to DVD folder.
If my solution helped You - do not forget to THANKS !!!

Yes, i confirme the use of the special CD works, ther are also functions accessible with certain tool like the Martech interface. We can format the hard drive and lately also erase the flash.
