Default Mercedes W203 Coupe Cannot start, no ignition

Hi. I have problem with 2002 Mercedes W203 Coupe C220 CDI.

When I put key in, nothing happens. So no ignition, also remote not working.

I made diagnostics with Autel, I can enter in EZS, ESL, rear sam, but no fault codes. There are 12v on modules.
Key is recognized when I put in the barrel, in live data in rear sam, radio signal from remote is shown, but won't lock unlock.

I don't have communication with Engine ECU, probably because don't have ignition on.

    Can-Bus test shows: Stable

Some parameters from EZS in live data:
    - Drive authorization: No
    - EZS (EIS) start enable: No
    - ME Motor Electronics start enable: No

Also any output circuit 15 is: OFF

    Any advice?

When you put key in ignition does ELV works?, That could be a problem, one ing phase has sent, but other terminals get power when elv unlock the steering column, and then you can turn on ingition

Thanks to all, problem is solved.

Key was faulty (chinese), and also ESL was "sticking" very often.
New original key programmed and changed ESL
