I was advised to buy the new console with the liger software which I did.

Hi to all! One month ago i tried update my laser994 old consol, download update on keyline.it,then upload it to consol and when it reset it show me error database , contact dealer. I call to my dealer in russia and no answer from my trouble. Maybe anybody know how to make hard reset for console ? Or what variants to recovery? Thanks !

I killed a console (old style) on a 994 a little while ago. Update was terminated part way through process. I ended up purchasing a second hand console, and using that. Other alternative is purchase the new style console. Or try to contact keyline technical directly.
I spoke to the UK technical support and he was no use at all and actually lied about my options, only wanting to sell new kit.
I spoke to the Keyline developers at a show, and they said many times the console crashes in an update, it is repairable, but depends on how old the console is, and where in the update it dies.

I have after the upgrade Bianchi 994 error Software error, contact assistance. The update is downloaded from the Customer Area from personal account, update via PC by USB, after 30 percent console restarting and show this error. Someone managed to solve the problem?
