Default Audi VP44 doesn't read RPMs from pump sensor

Hi. Problem is with 2001 Audi A4 2.5tdi, with VP44 pump. Car is not starting:

After replacing transistor (with 100% working one), pump is tested on VP44 Tester device, it shows that transistor is Ok, but won't read RPMs from pump.

I've replaced another sensor, still the same ... second...third sensor - still no rpm. Soldered original sensor to another pump, its working.

I've checked four pins marked with blue on the picture, they are good. Any advice?

Sorry for late response. Today I've tested these connections - all good. Also I've replaced the capacitor, but still no RPMs :/

Anyway, also to ask new question in this thread:
    Original pump is: 059 130 106 H
    I have fully working: 059 130 106 D

Can I mount 106D in place of 106H? If yes, I can only change pump module, or is must fully with mechanical part?

If not, what is the reason? I should change ECU, just ECU software..or?
