    OK then.
Motor for needle has some problem.
First was trying to adjust somehow by moving etc. but still was same but didn't jump til 40 was jumping at 0 when ignition from off to on. Jumping down and up and stays at 0. Rpm needle was ok but i did replace them from kmh to rpm and so on and now both jumping when off/on ignition.
That tells me that removing needles make somthing ( when removing needle comes out with that silver pin)
What thats may be? Gets somthing loose? Engine for needle feels looks like has 6 or 7 steps also feels like is magnetic.
When i drive is all ok if im looking and on start dose not jumps till 30 or any other number is any fox for that??

if the silver pin is coming out you have pulled the shaft out of the bottom bush. you will only repair by taking apart motor as said if you not confident find another dash and substitute motor .
they are fairly simple to repair but time consuming and fiddly can end up with lots of bits

if you take the needle off again and the shaft comes with it . pull shaft out of plastic needle and with some fine pliers try to insert just the shaft into motor. you may feel the bush that it pushes into if not you need to split the motor to see the internals .
some needles you can twist against a stop to remove if you pull straight up you run the risk of shaft removal afterwards

So what should i look in side the motor?

dont know the reason? Is some procedure for calibration?
it dose go from full needle 4 moves dow to 0 and then jumps to 40 (straight line) and its stays there.
Is this some code? To tell me something or is step of calibration?

    please help
this motor is very fragile... if the shaft comes out when removing needle motor is damaged , best to replace motor,
plenty of old mazda 6,3 dash use same motor

warm needle with hair dryer and remove, trick is to remove needle without shaft popping out

when you have replaced it ..remove the metal backing by warming the plastic tabs and look inside you may see the rear bush out of line ...but please make sure you have a replacement if you unsure , if you repair it then its experience if not ..still the same

when these problems occur its normally late at night and generally I work through but still occasionally these bite you.
always worth picking up the odd dash now and again at breakers etc for spares been saved a few times me and eric spent ages replacing clock springs on old bmw dash boards still have a draw full of them
