Default Opel Vectra Z20DTH VP44 diagnosis

Hi Folks. I have problem with no starting engine Z20DTH. One DTC - P1630 meaning troubles. I need to be sure if transistor in PSG5 ECU is damaged. I measured signals between ECM and Fuel pum ECU, one singnal is missing, from pump to ECU.

Opcom showing pump rotation OK (seems to be sended via CAN), but one square signal from pump is missing. ECU transmits his RPM signal, but PSG5 not transmits.

Because pump don't create fuel pressure (only small leaks) i checked movement of advance hub, but it easy moving and coming back. So it doesn't faded advance hub. i can't measure pulses on advance valve wiring, because repaired, so I measured pulses of quantity valve wiring and was taken scope screen during crank. Can see, that ground pulses not occurred, so I think transistor not switching good... Could somebody confirm that or propose another way how to solve this? I's nightmare...

mate, i made very nice log using opcom, and i saw that actual inj quantity was the same as required, and actual advance was much lower then required, vut changed. i. e started 1deg at no run, increased to 2,5deg during crancing and stayed 2,5deg after cranking. i all time required advance was 4..5deg

But when i looking at open psg ecu, near valves plug i have 5V voltage regulator at left, and quantity valve transistor at right. where is the advance valve transistor?
