You need to Diagnose with a proper tool to find out
But more likely you need Airbag module as well from the same car where you got you other bits from
This module is normally behind the car stereos

put all original modules back, buy a new key reset certification ecu over obd then write new key over obd if you have such tools, if not do it via dump with vvdi2
you can also get a used smart key and try to reset it with vvdi2

yes it can be aligned to a vehicle via dump, may be there some other ways but I'm not aware.
post a dump of certification ecu, engine ecu and may be steering lock ecu and ID code ecu, somebody will do it for you.

you can try pin 4 and 13 trick may be it will work.

Seems to have an electrical on pcm now. After resetting key and putting old modules back i get ignition but theres NOTHING coming on except the screen in the corner... i supply earth to one of the contacts and dash came on again then off. I suspect the plugs maybe damaged, so there is no communication from the power management control to ecu. PMC MODULE : 89690-0F030

you'd have to dismantle the dash to find the immo. it's a small box-like thingy.
