Default Skoda Yeti instrument cluster faulty

    Hi,
I have a Skoda Yeti instrument cluster for repair. A car electrician says that every now and then the cluster shuts off, he tracked it down to instrument cluster.
I am trying to recreate the fault on bench but so far I can't, it's been running for about an hour so far.
What I don't understand are the faults stored:

    Address 17: Instruments Labels: 5K0-920-xxx-17.clb
    Control Module Part Number: 5L0 920 940 J HW: 5L0 920 940 J
    Component and/or Version: KOMBI H09 0608

10485833 - Internal Control Module Memory Check Sum Error
    B2000 49 [137] - Internal electronic failure
MIL ON - Confirmed - Tested Since Memory Clear
    Freeze Frame:
    Fault Status: 00000001
    Fault Priority: 2
    Fault Frequency: 1
    Mileage: 43322 km
    Date: 2054.14.30
    Time: 11:43:56

    13635840 - Supply voltage
    U1011 00 [009] - Voltage too Low
Confirmed - Tested Since Memory Clear
    Freeze Frame:
    Fault Status: 00000001
    Fault Priority: 6
    Fault Frequency: 1
    Reset counter: 0
    Mileage: 43335 km
    Date: 2055.14.00
    Time: 00:05:11

    They come back after reset.
While writing this post I noticed that IDE00019 (Terminal 30 in adv measuring blocks) fluctuates from 12V to 6V but cluster definately gets stable 12V and display looks like it has 12V not 6V, I will sort that out later.

Im asking you guys about the first fault:
10485833 - Internal Control Module Memory Check Sum Error
    B2000 49 [137] - Internal electronic failure

What can it be, vanished/damaged EEPROM content?
I will try to read it later, now I'm trying to recreate the power failure.

    Any help appreciated.

Some parts in eeprom are checksummed so if they are damaged somehow (perhaps by changing mileage) then this "check sum error" can occur.
It can also occur when something in flash is changed, however this doesn't happen much.
Sometimes this error can also occur when some hardware (like a led) is missing or broken.
