Clone EIS w203

Is it possible to clone 2095450508 Q10 into 2095450508 Q6 by programmer? 2different motorolas, different eprom structure. I tried to copy data by VVDI MB, but doesnt work. I have failed, when I try to write new data.
The most important question:
Can I swap Q10 for Q6?

I did one of these last week, read data with programmer or via obd, virginize replacment esl & write data from old to new via obd, I used AVDI, but assume vvdi will work the same
