i know the mileage, but after writing new mileage cluster is dead black no communication

And no, that would not kill the dash, you must have done something wrong.

i have done few of these never had issue,, but this one is weird, just usual removed the eeprom reaq it wrote it back soldered it back on,, now dash is dead when i scan it wont communicate,, possible case of ford clusters going dead ,,,,
