Default Connecting J Link Clone SPC560P50

I recently bought a J Link clone and trying to read SPC560P50 to clear crash data
I tried everything but no succes to read it. I get always no connection error.

I have this diagram used but cant read. I dont have used an external power because I removed the jumper (3.3v)

You need to apply 3.3 V from an external source. And the unit do not connect the power.
