Default Denso dash 4 pin pogo adapter

anybody knows where and how to use this style pogo adapter made for dense dashboards. i know some older Toyotas use only 4 pads on a back instead of 5 like newer ones.
what connection diagram will look like on UPA for example. also is 4 pins is enough to read and write typical 93c46, 66 etc eeprom?

well google search wouldn't work in this particular case.

here's pdf with adapter i was looking for.

also this denso pogo adapter will work only with tools that support M-bus communication, such as stool or mtool, it will not work with regular eeprom programmers.
