MB Vito 908 Keyfiles please

I have a vito W639, that came with ezs damaged and last key damaged. I got spare EZS, copied both 908 to spare ezs. Key was not recognized by ezs, but remote was working. I resoldered coil in key. Key gets recognized, but only unlocks ELV, no rotating of key possible. So I calced keydate with weboctopus.nl. Car now starts, but remote is not working. I had same situation some month ago. It seams, that the calced keyfiles are wrong. So please someone can calc keydata for ezs in attachment?

Your files does not work at all. After programming key lights when pressing remote buttons, but when I put it into ezs, key does not light up and does not open ELV. May I ask, what tool did you use to calc the keys? Maybe the nec is killed. I program back now one of my calced files.

My dumps are normal, where you have more problems. Try on the table to create an test EZS - key - ESL Emulator.

I have the whole car in my garage. And the car should be the best test platform. I think the key has a problem. I will check your files with another key tomorrow.

Why in my dump key number 2 has only 1 hash? I noticed this with skc demo already. Is this normal or a problem? Normaly used keys have 4 hashes and unused have only 2. BTW: Does this hashes are changing ins ezs every ignition cycle?

Try on the table to create an test EZS - key - ESL Emulator. Then you will know there is a problem in the EZS and the key. Or it can problemma in hash ESL.........

Today I tried another used key with your file for number 3, because number 2 only has one hash in 908 file. The key is working, but without remote also. The red light on key is working, when I press the buttons. The key is sending. This I can check. The hardware of key is OK. After cloning the ezs (exact same partnumber and index) the remote function was working. Since programming the key remote does not work. I told the customer to buy a new key at mb dealer. The main reason was to get the car running. Mercedes is not my favorite brand to work on... :-)
