    Default VAG 1.8T 20V tunning file problem

    ibiza flash read.bin.rarI have a stage 3 BJX engine (bigger turbo,camshafts and injectors). i have problem with boost pressure, i can't go higher than 0.8 bars. the tuner told me that he has setted up boost pressure to 1.2 bar but still can't go higher than 0.8 bar. can somebody check my file to confirm that my map is ok???? i need 1.2 bar boost pressure

    you have any logs from car? you get any dtc or limp?
    Stage 1,2,3, DPF+EGR+SCR+FLAPS+TVA+CAT (all off)
    VAG ME7 LC+ALS+NLS+2step, VAG MED9.1 LC+ALS+NLS, EDC17 LC+HARD CUT
    POPS & BANGS (Schubabschaltung, Crackles)
    on allmost every petrol

    how to get logs? i have wow clone (wyrth) and i borrowed kess for a few days to read my map

    vagcom or me7 logger, probably you have a problem on your turbo or your n75,

    i have cheked everything. i even swaped all sensor form a car that works fine ,i cheked wiring. i'm almost sure that the problem is in ecu, can somebody confirm that the setup of my map is 1.2 bar? with vcds i read 0% duty cycle at 0.8 bar

    Hi, i mean file is good, i have same problem with car like you.... In my case is bad fabric blow off valve (spring have small pressure for valve, when you boosting, your boost leak back to filter...

    i disconected turbo pressure tube from N75 and i got 1.7 bar!!!! so my turbo works fine

    it is not turbo bro, is turbo control in sw

    to n75 come vacuum, no pressure. DONīT WOORY YOU LEARN IT

    If you have tested n75 from ok car, maybe is vacuum leak on your car

    how bar is your MAP sensor are you modified the MAP or not ???

    are u sure u have the correct connector from n75 on the n75 not the connector from n249

    your dtc from n75 is off :-)

    than why all rpm so high ??
    bad idle or what ?
    tell us what injectors ,hfm , inside ?
    i think deka 630 and s3 hfm
    what turbo is inside ?
    test how many boost u now have i have also enable n75 dtc
