DiagBox MCOMM.exe error.

I successfully installed v7.01 without any error. I start to encounter error after updated all the way to v7.06. It prompt MCOMM.exe error every time I start the program.
After uninstall and reinstall, even V7.01 also cannot work and encounter the same error.

Any suggestion ?

Did you try cleaning up the registry for loose ends (so without diagbox being installed) and then reinstall?

I alsways make a ghost file after i install a fresh os and the software. If i encounter any problems i just ghost the image back to the harddrive and i am back in a fresh situation within minutes.
